Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mahalle.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers cannot cancel their order as we have immediate delivery policy. However if their item is eligible for return we will process the return as per our refund policy.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Shipping

Please select your preferred delivery day and time at checkout. For Dubai we deliver the same day if you order until 6 pm.

Our delivery rates vary depending on the distance and cart amount. Min order amount AED 100 if your location is within 25 km driving distance of our shop in Dubai Internet City and delivery is free above AED 150. For other locations the min order amount is AED 250. We deliver for free above AED 300 if your distance is between 25 km - 40 km from Dubai Internet City and above AED 500 if it is more than 40 km.
