Ladybug Program
You can earn and redeem points as you shop with us both online and in our shop. Ladybug will also be offering you daily promotions.
What do you need to do to earn points?
- Register as a member. When you register on our website, you automatically become a member of the program so that you start earning points immediately.
- If you haven't registered online and visit our shop, just share your info with our staff and they'll make sure that you start earning points.
What do you need to do to redeem points?
For online redemption
- Go to Discover Rewards > Online Rewards (By clicking the ladybug button at the right buttom of your screen).
- Choose Online Rewards, then the reward you want to redeem and click Claim and then Confirm.
- Discount code will be generated.
- Click on the Copy button to copy code.
- Proceed to add items into cart and before checkout, paste code in discount code box and click Apply.
- You will see the discount is applied automatically to your order.
- Proceed for payment. The redemption is completed!
