It is a thorny plant species that is known in the Aegean Region, especially in Izmir, and its food is frequently made, the root part grows under the ground and the stem part is green, It contains plenty of magnesium, calcium and iron minerals,

We recommend that you take the amount you will use out of the jar and make the dish with chickpeas and/or cubed meat, Another way to consume is warming a bit after you drain the water and put thick yoghurt with garlic on top, Hot red pepper will also add taste and make it a great mezze, Enjoy:)
